great day (finally)

she's alittle better.got alot of the MAJOR stuff corrected today.no more overheating, my tranny shifts are crispy and my tec is strong again.(when it works, sometime's doesn't kick in, in 3rd gear). got my first kill in a long time .ls teg with fartcan pulls up on me at a light.i was abit but if he looked at me and harder i might have turned to stone.the light turns green and he spins out abit and got a good jump,i didn't powerbrake but hawked his ass down as he chirped second and pulled about 1-2 cars by the time we shut down.

now my ?'s
1. what would make my tec engage when it wants to in 3rd gear?without it she's a slug at wot around 60-80 when normally she jumps to 100-115..

2.my pass seat slides.i looked under it and that tooth thing is not locking in place.tried to push it in and the f*cker won't budge.any idea's?

SHE'S BACK!!!!!!!! let's see how long before something else breaks.......

aye percy. Glad to hear she's okay, but I agree with Greg

as for vtec, not sure exactly why it wouldnt engage in 3rd like that. Check your oil levels?

Just a thought: check your PCM (or ECM, depending on who you talk to) and VTEC solenoid valve. The PCM controls fuel injector timing and duration, idle speed... At higher speed (your 3rd gear for instance), the PCM activates the VTEC solenoid valve to apply oil pressure to the synchronizer piston, renders the whole synch piston + rocker arm as a single unit....this is when your V-tec "engages"... since it's not engaging/ retarded timing, check the two things mentioned above... hope that helps

cottage cheese cellulite CL,

sorry bro.

just cut a little more out of it and push it down lower,

with the assistance of a friend - make sure its level.

heck you can even use a "level" and make it even like that.

also - paint that mudflap or just take it off..

i hate to be so critical, but if i said it looks flawless i'd be lying-

and we shouldnt lie to eachother

i started having the same problem with my passenger seat.
i crammed too much shit behind it when i was packing up and moving, and now it only locks all the way up or all the way back (for the most part)

i definitely agree... fix the rear or take it off..
the rest of the car (save mudflaps) looks and the rear is just

definately check your oil levels first as far as the Vtec problem. Also i was surprised to see how easy it was to remove the seats! you might want to try removing the seat and see if something is gettin stuck in there and preventing the lock - build up or some changes ect.... goodluck and i think your call looks pretty good - everyones a critic.

i think you need to cut out those little squares in the middle of the lip, and just mold the whole thing on afterwards, as well as mold the front lip. then your car would look better. otherwise, that rear lip won't ever get your car to that clean status.
