cause he fucked me over i sold him my doorsills but i couldnt get them off without messin them up so i said ill send mine and u send me yours in return and he said ok and he never sent me them so he needs to die

 

I need to die? Well, perhaps I shall explain the details of this transaction. STLUSMCH sold me his door sills on ebay for $40. I paid for them and received them, but STLUSMCH appears to be mentally retarded as he doesn't understand that by selling HIS sills, no new sills will magically grow in their place. He refused to give me any type of monetary offer for my sills (why should he get mine for free when I paid $40 for his), so, he is 'sill-less.' I would have been glad to give him the sills for some $, but, he is now and will continue to not have sills on his car until he decides to offer me some form of compensation for mine. thats bullshit babyblue, if the transaction was for sale and for trade of your sill for his ones that were already aplied to the sills, then you would be at fault blue

STLUSMCH: did you sell them on ebay? there is a arbitray that solves this that is included in the service for ebay, if you need help with this guy hit me up on aol im, i have a friend that works at ebay that can hook me up and get you hooked up to solve this problem out, but a mediator to hear both side needs to be in order, if you dont want to go this way you can always take him to small claims but that isnt worth it over some sills but i would get a hold of me to see aobut contacting ebay about this transaction, as long as you sold them on ebay, ebay will help you figure this out

 

alright here is the deal they where on ebay but they didnt make the reserve price so he emails me wanting to know how much i want so i told him he sent me payment in return i sent him my stock sills with the a-cl custom sills on it then in returnn he said he was gonna send me his stock sills, there is no fucking point of fucking another a-cl person on ebay now my car has no fucking sills and i get shit from my family for bein the nice guy and sending them off and oh ya babyblue whats was that shit about me being a marine and all and they would be on there way cause your boy just got back u fuckin punk anyways all in all i swear on my life that he was supposed to send me sills in return and i didnt gt a dam thing

babyblue3.0: If you were buying the aluminum sills outright, then you would owe STLUSMCH the agreed upon $$$$ (sounds like it was $40). He would then send you the aluminum sills.

Since the aluminum sills were already attached to his stock plastic sills, in order for you to receive the aluminum sills, you would need to trade your stock plastic sills + $40 to get his stock plastic sills and the aluminum sills. Since you're each getting each other's plastic sills, the real thing that's changing hands are his aluminum sills (to you) for your $40 (to him). The plastic OEM sills "cancel" each other out.

I can't believe this wasn't understood BEFORE the transaction took place.

 

It's not eBay's fault... the transaction was not done on eBay since the reserve wasn't met.

STLUSMCH - if you have some emails indicating you agreed to swap stock sills then you may have something. If you do not have anything in writing then you're probably SOL. Either way eBay won't be able to help you since the transaction was not done through eBay... so you'll need to pursue this on your own.

ill send you mine -- those sills are pieces of shit ive tried all of 3M's products and that crap doesnt stick for shit i was about to drill them in but said screw it (it looks cheap anyways) ill sell you the sills for $5 ($10 w/shipping)- they have a few bends creases which im sure can be straightened out
