You were able to do 135 in a 3.0 thats only has a CAI mod?

Is mine broken or something? I've only been able to hit 120-125

I'll have to do another top speed run after my exhaust install this week.

i pegged the speedo in my 3.0 and kept going

i can't do it on my 18's though, had to do it on stock wheels and a short ram. For some reason my CAI lost power at high speeds and just can't suck in enough air.

i heard the governor being disabled will raise the rev limiter 100-200 rpms, a friend of mine has a civic/gsr with jspec internals with no governor and revs freely at 9000.

I don't know how to turn that off, but on my 2.2 the only thing it does is slow me down a little bit after hitting 125 ,but I can still going....went up to 135 and was ready to go higher with no problems at all when we saw some flashing light in the distance so we slowed down and ended up been nothing...haven't tried again.
