so i was helping my friend move and i was making a trip and he stayed behin and this cop is coming in the opposite direction and he passes by me and pulls a mean U turn, i was like shit!!!, he was like i pulled you over cause of the tint. he then went on to inspect my whole car!! by the outside. he went back to his cruiser and lasted like 25 minutes, came back with the whole book of tickets!!! he was like this is for the tint, this is for not having your license, this is for not having your insurance card, this is for your inspection sticker. i was OMG now i gotta take off my tint unless i can find a place taht will sign the fix it ticket withot me taking it off. and right after he pulled me over he peeled out and pulled over the next person he saw. that is just fucked up!! i hate them

Well you should have your license and insurance card, but thats fucked up. The cop that pulled me over was trying to pull this shit i could tell but i was just honest and i had my liscense, reg, and insurance and my plates were both on and up to date so he really couldn't say shit. Sorry to hear about it bro! the police! as i've said before lol

sorry to hear your loss, but i got a ticket for 87 in a 65 going down to LA near Bakersfield, which sucks cause i know i wasnt going 87, there as another car speeding behind me and i think he got him not me

shit happens. I went to get a window tint written off and the cop tried to write me up for my exhaust. Luckily he was an idiot and tried to right me up for an old law, I made him look like a fool in front of his fellow officers

yeah i have been pulled over for the tint when i first bought the car it had limo tint all the way and on the black car it looked tight!! so the cop that pulled me over said that he was being nice not to pull the tint off himself but he said that the legal tint would be liek 60% and he woudl alow it to be 50-55% but mine was letting in 5% of the light and then he searched for drugs or any thing he could find and then he arrested me for suspended licence , i had an occupatioal and it did not have a lunch hour in the sceduled times so because i was like 2 hours out on my permited times I got to ware those nice chrome bracelets and get my tint replaced.. after the tint was replaced two days some prick broke the window tring to break in to the car but i have a loud ass alarm and they were gone before i could get out to them, But I am reddy for them now , I have a Paintball gun and i have a full 20oz co2 and i have like 200 frozen paint balls with their mark on them let them try to steal my shit-- fockers

heh, tint got you arrested too. funny i got pulled over for tint..but instead of being suspended license like you, i forgot to pay a prior tint ticket and had a bench warrant.

since then the tint came off and now i dont get fucked with at all...its really relaxing.

the paperwork was my fault but i had dress bummy so i woudlnt mess none of my cloth up so i forgot the wallet thats where i had the ins and license, but i;ve been pulled over plenty of times before this and they dindt say anything about those things

Sucks man, never got a ticket that bad, knock on woodgrain, what area did you get it in? dude, u might be able to fight the ticket about the window tint....now i donno about the laws where you live but here in kansas, window tint is a second offence...meaning, cops here CANNOT pull u over for tint unless u did something elce wrong..like speeding....if theres a rule in your state where tint is a second offence, then you might be able to get out of most of the tickets because he would of never pulled you over if he hadnt seen your tint.....bottom line, go to the courthouse and ask to see the lawbooks about primary and secondary offences...here in kansas, u cant get pulled over because your tint looks dark...now if they clock u at like 10 over and get u, then they can get you for the tint....

That is a good idea, but lets just say the cop saw him take a turn without a turn signal, or it looked like he was driving eratically. Cops can always conjur up some bullshit to persuade the judge, and judges always side with the law, not a teenager. Just the way life is, especially in Rhode Island.

just tint them the legal limit....its 35% in Kansas...i got mine 20% all around and then heard they changed the law to 20%.....ive gotten pulled over and the cop said nothin about mine being too dark....i think that was befor they changed the law too

I do know that the rule in RI used to be 32%, but it has been changed. And yes, i am back for another week from school in naragansett, but my car is put away for the winter, and i am now driving my winter beater, a 99 explorer sport. Will take it out prob. near march.

doctors are nuts. They will give you anything you ask for as long as its not some crazy strong drug. Anybody can go up to a doctor and say "I have stress" and get zanax. Go to the eye doc and say "Light hurts" and you'll be above the tint laws!

Without the legal tint sticker you are in trouble. Without your License you are in trouble. You HAVE to drive with proof of insurance, or you get in trouble. Also, you CANT HAVE LIMO TINT or guess what, you get in trouble.

A cop doesnt want to roll up on a car and not be able to see inside. The occupant could be aiming a gun. Further more, dark limo tint is STEREOTYPED to be used by drug dealers and criminals. You are asking to be pulled over.

Anyway, the cops didnt rape you, well maybe they did. BUT you were already lubed up, bent over, and grabbing your ankles...

i dindt ahve my insurance card but i had the paper taht you sign to get insurance with the policy number and everything, and my license its happened to me before all they did was look it up, i mean he could;ve been a bit more linient thats wat i was trying to say. and when they pull me over i always have the window rolled down before tehy get there.
