Got a n R6 and kept the CL

Just wanted to share some pics of my 04 Yamaha R6. I really wanted to get a G35 coupe but couldn't part with my money so i got a bike and invested the money i had for the g35. I really wanted a blue bike but all the places seemed to have was red and black so thats what i got. I have added a carbon tank pad and gas cover, zero gravity double bubble screen, tail light integrator, and a pivot R6 plate. I have some flushies i plan on mounting soon and also plan on getting HIDs, blue flame exhaust, and some sliders. Just thought i would share

nice bike, like they said, keep it safe.

i raced a G35 the other day on the turnpike from a stop and launched ahead of it.

it caught up to me and spanked me, but those things are pretty heavy and are not that

appealing anymore, a lot of people have them. Nice choice the projo's on that bike look cool.

I dont know for sure but one kid with an 02 R6 said he runs in the high 11's and said mine should be faster seeing as its an 04. All i know is that once you hit 8K it is insanely fast up to the 15,500 red line

1stgen i thought you sodl the CL already

glad to see you kept it and nice pick up on the bike

BTW you have projector in those lights, time for some serious HID's

whats the top speed? no need to test it but whats the possibilities, and all you guys in florida have way too much money to spend on your hands, come out to cali and you wont be able to afford to live

Thanks all The top speed is said to be around 165 i have pushed 110 and its crazy You dont feel like you are moving much faster then say 70 and you get there so fast. Its not like the CL where once you hit 100 it takes a mile to hit 120

As for the HIDs, i plan on it. I drove a TSX and love the sharp cut off of the projectors. This has the same kinda cut off but no where near the light output obviously. Anyone know any good places to get some H7 HIDs maybe 6000K?
