got an aem intake

i picked up an aem intake today for 20$ from my boss. i dont know the model but it goes down into the fender.

its from a 1996-2000 civic. i looked at it, and thought it might fit. and sure enough, after a lil wrestling with it, words amazing. real loud, and deep. but one problem, the bend in the pipe makes the flow make a humming sound at idle. not a little hum like its annoying. anyone?

It'll hum, put a k&n filter on it, and secure it, you should be fine.

lol that thing looks like it was STRUGGLING to fit! you'd probably be beter off replacing that in the future with an intake actually fit for the CL
