fuel trim problem......

fuel trim problem......
i have the 2.3cl and i replaced my 02 sensors, put a magnflow cat on, headers, exhaust, and sri on all @ the sametime. now its throwing a code ( system running too lean), (fuel trim malfunction). any help?
