Right now, I am having a hard time deciding what A/F controller to buy. I was about to buy the VAFC2, but I am having second thoughts, because from what I understand the VAFC does not remove the governor on my P13 ECU. That is the main thing that I am looking for. I would also like to be able to adjust the Vtec Engagement point. Those two are my main focuses. From what I understand Hondata is out of the question with a P13.
So far I think my best bet would be to go with something like THIS. I think the Fields is prolly the most inexpensive way to accomplish my 2 objectives. However I don't know too much about these devices. Is anyone here familiar with the different Fields Models?
Take these for instance:
A/F Controller 1
Field Controller 2
A/F Controller 3
A/F Controller 4

What is the difference in these models (Boxer Series etc...)? Do you guys think it will benefit my 99 H22 CL?? What are your takes on accomplishing:
1. Remove Speed Limiter.
2. Regulate VTEC Engagement point

 

sorry i cant help in regards to the air/fuel controller,but i was just wondering how your motors running. Have you raced anyone yet? sorry about jumping off topic.

 

The CL runs good man!!! Thanks for asking. It's way different!! It pulls like a motherfucker when the VTEC Kicks in! Reccomend to all!! Will post vids...as soon as I figure out how...

dont get the field the VAFC is WAY better and more tunable than the field
