just got an out of state 97 3.0, in nj we are required to have a license plate on the front, but i dont see any holes for it, is there a bracket made to fit this car to mount a front plate?

 

Yes, There Is A Bracket. The Holes (2) Are Under The Bumper, Look And You Shall See...i Had Mine Off, Until I Was Pulled Over And Warned. Good Luck!

 

i havent seen any on ebay...maybe dealers is ur best chance..? but good luck findin one..

 

found the holes, so the bracked bolts to the holes and then the plate goes into the bracket..? now i have to find that bracket, anyone know the part #?

is it legal to have the license plate inside your car in the corner of your front windshield?

 

generally no, because you are supposed to be able to read it from a certain distance away. in addition to the bracket you need 2 u bolts(not sure if this is the correct name) and then the 2 metric bolts that go into those.
