Front Corner Light Question?????

I was wondering how to do this? I seen some Acura CL front clear on the whole time. I know the blinker will blink when you turn but if you don't have your turning signal on. they are off. Can anyone help me??

This is without question one of the worst questions I have ever heard.

Now why would it be one of the worst questions you have heard? It's a legit question. It has been discussed before but it's still legit.

Basically you would have to modify your bumper lens to hold a dual filament bulb. Say a 1157 or a 7443. You would need a new socket to accomodate that, but you would also have to splice into the parking lamps for one of the filaments. That way you can have the lights being on all the time yet having the second filaments for the turning signals.

You can purchase general sockets for about 3 bucks a piece at any auto parts store or you can go to a junk yard and purchase the sockets from an integra I believe (don't quote me on that one).

Anyways hope this is much more helpful to you. And politely as I can make it sound, you may try the search feature. Boy why does that sound so cliche'd????? I would normally post a link but not tonight it's 1 AM too late. If you don't find it by tomorrow I'll see if I can point you in the right direction.

Good Luck,
James

Granted, but damn does that really matter? I mean give the guy a break, he said what he wanted to say and it came through alright. Don't tell me this is going to turn into one of those grammatical threads once again.

Hey Dragon084, I'm not getting on your case, I know you're just trying to make sense of it. It's just that every so often I log on and all I see are these "flaming" threads, and they all start in the same manner. Hey I registered back in 02 guess same month as you and I'm sure you can say that this forum is not what it used to be.

I was referring more to the grammar, I opened this thread thinking I might be able to give him an answer, instead, he gave me a headache...

Good luck with this.

Here's a more complete answer for the inquirer:

Don't want to post the same shit twice so just linked to it.
