I put in Nokya Artic White H3s. They are not quite as white as super whites, but that's good because they're not too blinding to on-coming traffic.

Yes, the factory fog light kit comes with a switch. If I were you, I'd install the kit myself. Only take about 90 minutes, and the instructions are very thorough.

I imagine you can put in an amber H3 bulb (or any color bulb as long as its H3).
Changing the bulbs only takes a few minutes, although it's easier to change the bulbs BEFORE they are mounted. If the fog lights are already mounted, you have to take them back off in order to change the bulbs.
Good luck!

The switch will be mounted on the console, to the right of the gear shift. If you have heated seats, there's a switch to the left of the gear shift. The switch for the fog lights looks similar in size and shape.
Right now, there should be a "plug" covering the hole where the switch will be mounted. Using a small flat head screwdiver, you carefully pry the plug out of the hole. Once out, you'll find that the wires that you need to plug into the switch are connected to the back of the plug. Just disconnect the wires from the plug, put them onto the swtich, then push the switch into the hole. You're done!
The most time consuming part of mounting the fog lights is cuting the front grill and routing the wire harnesses under the hood. Everything is explained with the install instructions you get from the parts department. Good luck!
