does anyone have expierince with fog lights.....are they easy to put in and which ones are cool?

Factory ones take about 30 minutes to install. Plug and play style and they look great!

Get the dealership foglights only. The aftermarket ones just dont look as good.

Yeah, if you buy the whole kit. Just make sure to get the right year kit. 97 use one type of button and 98-99 use another. The button is in a different spot on 97,s also.

Do you have to do any cutting to install the lights? That's my main concern...that and the wiring. I'm uneasy about messing with wiring...

You'll need to trim 2 small pieces of plastic from the lower grill. It's very easy and the instructions show you where to do this.

Our CL's are pre-wired from the firewall to the switch location. You only need to remove the knock-out plate inside for the switch and plug 2 harnesses from the firewall to the bumper location (into the back of the fog light housings). The instructions also also show how to do this.

I just ordered me a set of PIAA Yellow Driving lights...and im about to order me the 1997 Fog light switch...do I also need to order me these 2 harness's so that I can plug the fog lights to the firewall wiring?

I would get the harness and then wire it to your lights, i.e., strip the other end of the harness to wire it into your lights. Otherwise, to use the factory setup to the switch inside, you'll have to wire it yourself into the firewall.
