Flywheel Clutch Install.....Should I?

im takin my car in on monday to get mine checked out i think its startin to go 
dealer gave me a quote for $400 jsut for labor ... called another garage said it was about a 6 hour install so it would cost me $350 
i personaly wouldnt try it.. why you get a new one ? old one shot? where you buy and how much cause like i said i might be needing a new one real soon

is that part number the street disc i hope i have a turbo and was rocking a 6puc with heavy duty p plate and it was so terible so i ripped it out for a street disc and is supposed to hold up fine with the turbo...
