Fluid Specs
Fluid Specs
Hi All,
I'm really sorry for putting up so many postings, but I'm gonna devote tomorrow to fixing a whole bunch of things up, and today was kinda slow at work... Anyway, I don't have an owner's manual, and looking through the previous postings, I couldn't find any information on the recommended fluids for a 98 2.3L Cl. What is the best stuff? I was thinking of going to the acura dealer and stocking up on the various fluids (synthetic if possible), but I was wondering what is recommended for:
Radiator Fluid
Break Fluid
Tranny Fluid
Any other fluids
Thanks Again!
P.S. I'm guessing the car requires premium gasoline, so I'm gonna be putting that in!

Thanks a lot. I went and got all the fluids changed in the car. I went with - I couldn't find any of the honda stuff (The dealers were all closed around here, and Murrays didn't carry it)
- AMSOil for the ATF & Motor Oil
- Valvoline (Only one I found) for the brake fluid
- Sierra for the coolant (The guy who had the car before me didn't use the silicate stuff, so I didn't want to risk mixing them and having them colate or something)
- The Next time I add gas I'll use 87
Thanks again!

for my car i used everything. recently i messed up on my oil change and i put 10-30 into my car when i should use 5-30. and i do notice the difference. so EVERYONE USE 5-30 NOT 10-30. 10-30 seems to make my car sluggish
