Florida people I need your help
This is very important to me, and whoever can help me, their help is very much appreciated.
There is a shop that I had purchased (online) a turbo from, located in Doral,Florida 33166. I purchased the item about a month ago, and I still haven't recieved it. I've sent them numerous e-mails regarding the item, and they haven't wrote me back. After the e-mails, I had begun to be frustrated and I called their shop. I got through only twice with 2 different numbers. The first time I had called which was several weeks ago, one of the sales reps told me that I will have my item shipped the following Tuesday. After a week of waiting and still empty-handed, I called them a numerous ammount of times and they hadn't picked up. Now, the second time I had called them was at a different number they had posted. I got through the first time, and what the sales rep had told me was that I should speak to their manager because he had claimed that there was issues with the manufacturer of the item I purchased. He also said that the manager was out on a break and would give me a call "ASAP". It has been 5 days already and I still haven't heard anything from him or his son of a bitch. Now, it's to the point where I get the idea that they're avoiding me, and I am very irritated.
So, to all you Florida peoples, I am asking for your help. If you know where their location is, could you please give them a piece of my mind for me. Their website is: http://turbo-speed.com/index.asp and their phone # is: 786-487-7263

In regard to the topic of the thread:
If anyone lives near their shop and or is willing to go down there for me; I'd you to get as much info out of them as possible. If they have the turbo, tell them you'd pick it up from them. Whoever can successfully pick up the turbo, I will reward them $ for their help. Whoever would like to volunteer, please PM me for my contact info.
Your help is very much appreciated.
- Eric

The thing is, I can file a claim. But I'd rather not, unless it was somewhat my "last resort". Because all I really want is the turbo. Filing a claim will be more of a hassle and will be time consuming. If they do not want to cooperate, then I will file a claim.

alright Eric. I can go tomorrow morning for you - However, If I do pick this thing up, what kind of info am I going to need from you? Its not like I can just stroll in there and say "hey Im picking this turbo up for a friend of mine..."
