well this sunday is the last import race at rockingham this year..

i'm going to the track for the first time since i put in the 125 shot (ran 13.6@106 with the 100 shot)

wish me luck hopefully will hit low 13's maybe a high 12

first 1st gen maybe...not sure about 2nd gen it seems like they would have a CL-S into the 12s before a 1st gen anything.

 

i think there is one 2nd Gen in the 12s already

 

theres probably a cl or 2 out there running 11's, we just don't know about it. remember that pic of the turbo h22 one with 600whp? wonder what that thing runs

Nice setup, fastvtecCL. If I had a 3.0 I would deffinately have it on the bottle. I'm hoping this AEM ecu I got will help me get into the 13's. I smoked my buddys EF hatch w/b16 and it does 14.2's, so I know theres hope.

 

A guy down here just built a h22 with a h23 bottom end sleved motor with a t66 and dfi. Cant wait till he gets the motor in i wonder what hp#'s he be makin. My friend is doin the install so i mite be able to take some pics of it.

I sold my mirrors to the guy who owns the car. He was selling it on forumshawaii. He told me that everything was in the car already and was putting it in the sept. show but never entered. I think he's full of shit unless you can vouch for him.

well i dont know the guy personally all i know is my friend brought up this guy cuz hes been workin on my car i was talkin to him about doing a type-s swap and he told me about that guys setup i havent seen it but from what i herd he had everything in the car execpt the bottom end... i i herd he was running about 10psi boost and blew a piston. As of the other day my friend told me that the motor been rebuilt and sleved waiting to be reinstalled to the car to me the guy sounds like he has alot of money to blow he had a del sol with a b18 running a type r head supercharged before and that thing was a rocket ive only rode and seen that car as for this cl my friend is suppose to show me it when he does the work on it.

i had a 97 cl with direct port 120 shot /// i had to use a progressive controler with a 2 sec delay 26% start and a 3 sec build to 100%. the best I could do was 13.9 but it was at 104 .. good luck with that... btw i never had any tranny problems.. have you?

i dont think anyone on here has seen a first gen with a direct port setup , i know there are wet kits on first gens but no direct ports, LETS SEE SOME PICS!!!!!!

 

 

it's funny how you act like fastvtecCL is the only 1st gen in the world that has broken 14 secs I know there isn't hundreds of them or anything, but i'm sure theres quite a few 13 sec CL's that just have never heard of this board, or don't really care to post.

well i had $$ problems and sold the car and the NOS on ebay. I had a shop in Jacksonville, FL called speed-craft do the install and they took picks for the website but never put them up, as far as slips, I threw them away after i sold the car. So i guess I have no way to back up my story, other then calling the shop and asking, sorry.... but just for the info here is what I had:

Custom (nos built just for me, WHAT A PAIN IN THE ASS!)
V-6 direct port 80/120shot
remote bottle opener
purge (shot out just under the hood by the drivers side windshield wipper)
nos electronic progressive controler (mounted in the middle arm rest with the master arm switch and purge button)
toyota supra turbo intank fuel pump
custom cold air
nitto 555r
