First Mod Pics

Finally been puttin some work into my CL, i bought it completely stock at the beginning of November..i found a set of 17" motegi mr7's w/tires on craigslist for a real good deal and painted them gunmetal, painted the trim/symbol on the grill to match and installed clear corners. I have some new headlights on order, and after that will most likely be coilovers..any suggestions on decent priced coilovers and where to find them?

I really like those rims in GM, the grill is a very nice touch as well, that off center pinstripe would drive me to insanity though

Ksports are really good for the price for coilovers, did you just get new oem look headlights or the zebra stripes?

you can still buy the zebra ones just take out the plastic piece with the stripes and replace it with your stock ones that dont have the stripes

you need a muffler!

or a tip at least, go with the tip, it'll be quiet and look nice.

No, once you remove them it's nearly impossible to get back on, most people that have painted them did so with them still on the car

Not really my style, but if you like it then thumbs up. And btw, I'm selling Ksports if you wanna take a look, you'll save quite a bit over new ones Take a look below if you're interested.

Yeah they are the depo ones from ebay..i replaced the stock muffler with a new magnaflow and got a 3" square chrome tip with the curved lip but i think im going to end up replacing it with a "carbon fiber" one i found on ebay...point is i dont really like the tip i chose so i didnt take any pics of it haha..but rest assured the penis has been replaced and the new one doesnt stick out nearly as far

Those headlights are clear as hell, they look great. I really like the gunmetal grill, I have gm rims and am REALLY debating on getting rid of the chrome and doing gm like yours, which paint did you use?

I used the same paint that i used on the rims..i found it at advance auto parts, it is spray paint advertised to paint wheels, not sure of the brand but it has a big graphic of a wheel on the bottle..figured i might as well try it on the grill to get the color match perfect and so far its holding up just fine and sticking to the plastic
