first gen with SPOILER or without

I saw a very clean black 99 3.0 near my work today and i had to admit the shine and bling of the back without the spoiler was pretty nice, contemplating wether if i should remove mines or not

keep the spoiler... if you remove it you have holes to fill!

Yeah i like the car with out the spoiler but you would have holes to fill. On the plus side if you have the spoiler holes filled you can get the "A" symbol holes filled for a nice clean look. I wish i did that when i had my truck painted but i didnt think of it for some reason

Just keep it, it's one more option you have to up your resale value when you're ready to move on to your next car.

The spoiler also gives you a better looking 3rd brake light, rather than the annoying one in the rear window.

Get rid of it, I think it takes away from the CL rear end. The uniqueness is gone

I think the car looks like ass with no spoiler. Too much slope in the rear and the spoiler accents the car well to break up the rear dullness.

I too like the spoiler on my car. It's what caught my attention when I was looking at the car.

yes sir it looks like "ass" like a big round nice smooth big ass. which i think looks nice. Nice and smooth. I wlike the car with out the spoiler. But if u already have it on then dont take it off. I just wouldnt put it on if i didnt already have one. Without the spoiler it shows the true curve of the car from the rear. My girl has a nice ass. How does ur girl's ass look?

i guess i'm goin to leave it on, when i first got the car i thought it looked real sweet with the spoiler, maybe just that i'm looking for a different look, haah, but i think i'll leave it on, the filling and all that will be a little more trouble then i would wanna do, too lazy, ahha, thanks

but yeah... i think it looks better without... the spoiler blocks the center spine which is one of the things that made our car unique...

Trying to decide between a whaletail and a high-quality APC tin-foil spoiler. I am currently "sans spoiler"........

Does anyone have the hole pattern to drill the necessary holes to add the factory spoiler?

So, who here actually uses the spoiler as means for creating downforce??
If i did get a spoiler, i'd have to get one that was close to stock....i don't want to turn my car into a giant shopping cart w/ the WW type R wing....boo-dissy!!

i think overall, the back looks better without the spoiler, it gives the cl the look that makes it stand out like no other
