after hearing about all the bad luck with the ebay lip, i finally decided to install it since i bought it already. i secured it with total of six screws. i left it unpainted because im kinda optimistic about it's security b/c of all the stories. excuse my dirty car. enjoy the pics, let me kno wut u think.

skirts go with the ebay lip better than the ww lip.

im gonna have to get a ebay lip eventually

 

i hope you dont fall into the same fate as others that have had that lip...either crashing their CL's or losing the lip!

it looks secure b/c of the screws, hopefully it stays on. i noticed the previous ebay lip owners used double sided tape n prolly not enuff screws. i drilled screws thru the abs lip to my stock lip n then painted the screw heads black. u cant see the screws unless u look closely.

 

even if it's secured! be careful cause it's ABS plastic! mine got owned on the freeway! -_-'' something called debris! =) plus i had my car slammed that day hahahaha!!

 

i don't think the problem is keeping it on... just that it just straight BREAKS OFF... bu GL with it.

I hated that lip when it first came out, especially when they did the test fit and it stuck out the sides, and on shavedh22cl's car, looked weird. It's grown on me as far as the looks, but I would never buy one since my front end is like 2" off the ground, and the roads are shit around here, plus all the horror stories of the lip breaking and falling off. But I didn't like the lip till I saw it painted on hybrid's car.

 

i didnt like the lip on hybrids car, but i like the lip on this car.. Rims ftw..

why u gatta always take things personally.. i think that ur car is fine the way it is sucka. lip + primrose = gheyer than usual..
My car is fked up, but im patiently waiting to to do my engine swap, and repaint my car, and get rims..

to accordy,something(dunno what)throws it off a bit on a cl. but it doesn't look bad at all........
