which filter for CAI?

I'm thinking I need a new air filter for my AEM CAI. It's the previous model, NOT the V2. Can anyone give me a part number for a K&N filter that will work on here? I've got the 98-02 Accord V6 CAI if it matters. Thanks!

you dumb bastard. you don't get a NEW filter. you just clean the ol one. Get a K&N filter cleaningkit and all is well, the kit is like $3. SeeYA

oh yeah, and on a side not. does anybody know how OFTEN the filter should be cleaned?

:sqntfawk: you dumber bastard, I know I can just clean my AEM filter. It's got some deformity to it and I'd rather have a K&N anyway.

haha, don't take it personal man, I was just joking. Didn't know about teh deformity, but I thought all the filters that came with those intakes WERE K&N filters with some other brand name slapped over them. I don't see how a K&N filter could make THAT much of a difference.

My CAI came with a K&N Filter, I'm guessing some do, some don't? Actually, I think the newer ones come with AEM's own filter...
