A few questions

Will the steering wheel radio controls work with an aftermarket head unit? Should I get 17's or slam my CL first (it will be a while in between due to finanacial reasons)? Is a VAFC worth it, seems like some say yes and some say no?

About the steering wheel controls, I know that some people have gotten an adapter to allow them to work with an aftermarket radio.

If you slam it, your still planning on getting 17's later on right? How low are you planning on going? If you slam it now your ride will suffer a bit, but the look will make up for it. Will you get coilovers or Springs/ shocks?

unless the installer knows what he's doing and you buy a kit (didnt know the made one) you can use your radio controls!!! Otherwise nuh uh!!!

Personally if you slam it your rims will look like 17s somewhat...
no one can anser this for you but you... what look do you want... what will make you happier... riding high with rims or riding low w/out rims!?!?!?!?!?

as for the VAFC... are you racing on the track?! If not why fawk with your mixtures and timing?! I have heard bad and good things as well... for a while everyone was buying them... shortly after everyone on here was selling them in blackmarket...

You can get your steering wheel controls to work with and aftermarket head unit. Ask the guys in the Audio board.

Slam it first, then the rims.

The VAFC is not like a chip that you plug in and will give you extra HP. Like Casper said, unless your trying to improve track times its not really worth it. I'd stick with the bolt on's if your looking to mod the engine.
