I have a Frankenstein engine on this cl I just bought,need some ideas and opinions.I bought a jumper harness to run a obd1 ecu but when I started it,it stared idlelling fast and ran like crap..is the obd2 harness a problem,obd2 injectors.Should I swap out the harness or keep the old ecu and add a knock sensor,what would be the best solution?

 

Did you buy the CL with the motor already swapped in?

What year is the CL?

Which obd1 ecu are you using?
