No turbo kit for that 3.0 because the tranny barely can stay together with the stock engine

shiney is right, the piping from the cold side of the intercooler to the throttle body is the same. the piping from the compressor to the hot side of the intercooler, however, they completely rerouted but fabbed the new piping out of the old ones.

Just a random update-
Caught a lucky break and passed emissions. The guy couldnt find the OBDII hook up, he was looking under the steering column and glove box and just gave up and got the manager to come out and do a password override. Had he plugged it in, I would have failed as I dont have an OBDII computer.

The clutch is finally broken in so now its time to see what the LSD is good for and i'll still try and get some pics/vids up but im in the process of moving into an apartment at school so its been busy.

Start a thread or send me a pm whenever you go to the track. I would love to see the car in action @ the track.

The shop that did the swap was going to give me a receipt showing i spent x amount trying to fix the problem which then makes you exempt. Not sure what the amont is.

I'll PM you my cell number. Maybe we could even hit the track Friday if the weather is nice. Either way I'd love to run your car.

hey xrunner that must be a blast to drive around town...

i got a question for you ... with the f23 what was the problem that you couldnt have the ac hooked up??? I will be boosting my f23 next summer and would love to have ac... what do you suggest i do in order to keep ac... i will be fabricating the kit myself, so any tips will be helpful. thanks.

The problem was the downpipe didnt allow clearance (too far right) for the metal AC line on the hot side of the AC compressor. If you custom fabbed a manifold or a downpipe you could fit it. I looked into getting a custom AC line made and only one place was willing to attempt it and it was going to be expensive, so I would avoid that route.

oh thats all.... so its doable.... couldnt you just flip the turbo, clock it and that would make the downpipe on the left side?

Pulls on me by about a little less than a car length by the end of 4th.

Nice job

Looks good...I think I may turbo my F23 in the next year or so. Nothing huge but would like to see ~220 on a reasonably small turbo for good spool and drivability.

Did you have to do anything special with the wiring? I assume just an OBD conversion harness and an OBD1 ecu with the Hondata.

yo man congrats on the swap...I was looking to do a swap myself to an H22 and I was just wondering if the mounts had to be altered or if it bolted up directly to the F23 mounts? Thanks...Brian

you use the front and rear f23 mount and the side h22 mount.
