Very nice, 280 is a very nice number for a 4 banger with no nitrous

I wanna know what the 1/4 time for this is

Great looking engine..The 1/4 still probably wont be that great since the car weighs a ton but it sure will be fun to drive..pssst pssst psst see ya ..Gotta see if you can smoke the G35s...Is there a reason for the A/C besides the humidity outside?

What does something like this cost yeah from start to finsh if under 10,000 well worth it if the new engine has low miles since its like a cl s type but with a better body

Ok to answer the above questions without quoting half a dozen times:
There will be more pictures when I get a chance
They told me boost peaked at 9.8 psi - the autometer gauge i have is about 2 psi off so I have to take their word for it
Ive been working 2 jobs all summer and my mom made a generous contribution
Yes all the tranny parts are interchangeable, I used my flywheel from the F23 but upgraded the clutch
Im going to try and rack up enough miles this week to break in the clutch so I can hit the track on Friday, but Im not sure
I emphasized the AC because its been hot as balls and the F23 setup didnt allow me to have it hooked up
The short shifter is nice, however, i liked the feel of it better on the F tranny. The H tranny feels a lot less notchy which is something i consider to be a good thing - but thats the tranny not a result of the shifter
Yes you can do this for well under 10,000

Why don't you break it in first before you go to the track, I would hate to see it blow on your first run.

i turbo'd my car a year ago, and i drove it around here and there. the mounts gave up on me and my crank pulley slammed into the tie rod, causing the crank to shift in position. the crank scarred the block and the main cap pretty badly. during the year i had do decide if i wanted to rebuild the motor. i spent a while looking for the parts i had needed for the rebuild and once i gathered all that information, i knew how much it would cost. i inquired to the shop that i wanted my block re-sleeved. they sent it to the AEBS west coast, on the mainland and it took 3 months to get my block back. now its at a machine shop and they're trying to fix the grooves in my block and on the main cap. the machine shop has had my block for almost 3 1/2 months now and the progress with that is not to certain. rebuilding a motor isnt elementary school shit. it requires time, money and patience from both the tuner and owner of the project. the reason why its taking this long is because the tuner and the machine shop are very busy this season. however, once the block is finished being machined, things will be very simple after that. install the internals; assemble my motor; swap it back into my car; wire up the fuel computer; upgrade down pipe and exhaust piping; and then tune it. you cant expect a rush job if you're looking for precision and quality. they don't go hand in hand with each other. it is a little sad that my rebuild project had prolonged over a period of time. all i can say is that's the price you've got to be willing to pay. sometimes things work out for some people, and other times it doesn't. if it doesnt, that doesnt mean that you should quit. i've been patient for a long time, and i dont mind it at all. determination keeps me going.

i'd like to know how bad tq steer is when you get around to launching it. are you gonna modify the suspension to help minimize it? i remember some1 making some kind of custom stabilizer bars. that kind of power in fwd demands some arm muscle i would think. anyways that is an awesome setup and i wish you the best of luck. mad props!

Way better power than the f22-t setup. What yr block did you end up picking up? All you need is some rods and pistons.

What upper intercooler piping do you use for the h22 t-bo set up in a cl?
