Some freakin tar company was fixing a roof next to our parking lot and I went out and saw that my car was wet and it has brown oily smudges all over it! Morons got S#!* on my car and then took water and a dirty rag and tried to get it off!! They probably put swirls in my paint and now I got to go straight to the car wash to get this stuff off cause I don't know how it'll affect my paint!!

Lust had to vent! Anyone know the best way to deal with this? I don't want my clearcoat eaten through from some chemical...

umm yea I'd call the company and make them get you a new paint job. Im not sure but i think that tar and that kind of shit really eats away at your paint....

i'd throw it in their eyes. well not really. but i would take it to their company and ask for the paint to be fixed.

Well, I washed it last night (IT WAS FRIKIN COLD!!)
it all seems to be OK but I'm still going to go to a detailer and get it detailed and waxed etc and make them pay for it!

Good luck. We once had a car that got yellow overspray all of it thanks to a company doing work on a building. They wouldnt do anything for us. Apparently we didnt have any proof they did it We didnt pursue as much as we could have I guess because it was my moms company car that she was getting ready to trade.
