Extended Warranty!??
Whats the ruling on the Extended Warranty? Can you buy one whenever or is the only option to buy one after your stock warranty goes bad? I bought my Cl from Superior Acura dealer that put it on an auction but when i got it , it had 69K and now warranty and i didnt get the option for an extended warranty...can i still get one? Im scared about my tranny goin out and i DONT have the $4G to get a new one....WHAT CAN I DO!?!

Try www.warrantygold.com ;online quotes when you put in specifics about the car.

yeah it was.....As a family, we've bought 4 Acuras from them, 3 of which have been CL's...so they cut us a deal no problem.. I love Acuras Customer Service..

I took my CL into the Acura dealer last Friday because my tranny was doing some weird stuff (hard downshift, flare in upshifts, etc.) They told me that they were going to replace the transmission under warranty. I have 69,500 miles on my car, so they must have extended the drivetrain warranty. Anyway, they said the new tranny is worth $4000, so I am glad that they are paying for it !!!! I will ask them how long the warranty is for and let you guys know.
