Ever do this? Trying to save the speed of your car...
Call me crazy but sometimes I do not beat in my car because I try to "save" it for a later day. I know other people have had this thought before. I do not think about it all the time when I'm driving but sometimes I think that if I rip my car it is getting slower and slower. I know its probably minimal, but I think it adds up. Anybody else ever think about this? Maybe I had too many beers tonight?
For the record I was not even driving last night. Also, do you guys think that a car with 20,000 miles is any faster in all gears then the same car with 60,000 miles? I'd have to say the car with less miles would be faster. I know it depends on the driver and how much they beat on the car, but that is sortive what I was getting at with my drunkin ramble last night.

There are some cars that get faster/perform better once they have around 30k. I forget which cars exactly, but I know Porsche had one. It was one of the 911 models. And I think the S2K and the Type R Teg was another two.

However, the motor is like 10% of the picture. What about that tranny you've beat to shit with the burnt clutch and half axles that are ready to strip, etc. So many factors it's impossible to say.

he he he ........I can not be the only person to have thought of this before.

........ as long as the car is well cared for, it shouldn't matter how many miles are on it.
