Engine block heater kit '99 CL 3.0

I have located a engine block heater kit on www.autocarparts.com for my particular model. I do not know much about cl's as I just recently purchased it. I need to know what "labor or diy" it would take to install. Does anyone know about this product? Any insight would be appreciated (before I order it).

Dirk

To be honest with you Im not sure anyone on here has something like that. It looks simple enough, although I have no idea where its mounted or plugged in.

There were a few canadian members that had these, but it was the stock option. Most of us aren't too familiar on how to install them
