Electrial Problem

I have no taillights or parking lights when I turn my lights on but my indiglo gagues are on.

Can somebody give me some advice on whats wrong?

I have already check the fuse under the hood and it was ok.

check your fuses if its not that do u have an aftermarket radio cause thats where all those wires end it and if someone did a bad install that could be the prob
