Eating up too much Coolant??

every other month i have to fill up my resvoir and everytime i check it, its bone dry. i know my radiator isnt leaking. could my headgasket be blow. or could the coolant be mixing with my engine or transmission oil. im gonna bring it to my mechanic at work and see what can be done.

does your car smoke white once its warmed up? You'd be able to notice oil in the coolant if you refilled the radiator its self and noticed a slick on the top. If your not smoking - and nothing is present i wouldn't worry about it.

Your in Jersey though. Poluting the water supply is pretty much expected, so you dont have to worry too much about getting caught.
