that is simply an amazing machine. we just put on some opal 18 inch blantants on it with 265/35 nittos. the vtec engagement is so strong, much more noticeable than anything ive driven. damn i want one. REDLINE IS 9 G'S!

I'll agree with that...

 

the only thing that kills taht car is its cheesy plastic like interior.. I recall at the Javits car show it was done up in aluminum... I went to trade my CL iin for the s2000 when it was released and to my disappointment it was not what i was expecting or wanted.

 

I actually fell in lust with the S2000 when it was first announced (and, much to my pleasure and surprise, so did my wife!). My excitement was dampened somewhat when every Honda dealer within a 200 mile radius was charging ridiculous markups, requiring huge deposits, and basically treating potential customers like crap. We ended up shopping the SLK and M Roadster, and you can see from my sig what we ended up with. Now that we've seen actual S2000's on the road (and had the chance to sit in some now that they're piling up on Honda lots) we are SO glad we didn't go with it!

 

They are the shit. One of my co-workers took me for a ride in his the other day and the thing is so nice. His is silver with red leather interior. Damn that thing is fast, he pulled out of work and smashed on it. When he threw it into second the ass went out. I like it
