DRL light is on

Hi. My DRL are not working, and such the DRL light is constantly on in the dash. I've checked the fuse and everything seems to be ok... any advice as to where to look next?

search for it we just went over this about a month ago, i know someone had this same problem and we didnt know what to do and i dont remember if he fixed it or not
