Drivers side seat squeeking!

Drivers side seat squeeking!
How do I stop it? I tightened the 4 screws holding the seat down, but that didn't help. It seems to be the bottom part of the seat that's loose. Is it possible to fix it or is it just worn out? It drives me insane!
