Guys,

Some a**hole broke my side view mirror last nite. I called up some local glass places they don't seem to have it. Anyone know any site I could order one? or any other ideas.

yeah it's just the glass. the mirror unit is okay.

 

happened to me and i had to buy the whole assembly .. i couldnt change the glass alone ..
the whole assembly is priced for 110.00$ for my 97 3.0 ... i think they are all the same but here's the link .. Pick ur year and model and find mirror

but they are selling the sub-assembly on this website just for 24$ which is the glass and harness .. so open ur mirror and see if u can replace the sub assembly casue i have it infront of me here and the only way to open the subassembly from the main assembly is through 3 screws that are hidden underneath the mirror ( u can prolly see it in the picture )
so u would have to seprate the mirror from the electric motor, once i did that i couldnt fit it back on the 3 conectors .. if any one has ever done this before, help please ..

I think depending if you have heated mirrors or not, the prices are $23.58 or $24.07 + shipping

 

i just cut myself trying to fit back the damn mirror onto the motor !! frikin thing broke in my hand how the hell do u get it back on the freakin assembly ????
