Anyone know where I can get a downpipe that will fit my CL 2.2 97, that will give me gains in hp???

Depends on what turbo youre running. Most downpipes are for the 5 bolt T3 ford style discharge, but some are for the 4 bolt T4 housings.

Or do you mean......header?
