Door hinge bushings
Has anyone ever replaced there door hinge bushings due to a sagging door? My driver's side door is sagging and it's getting hard to open, I just recently found out that this could be the cause. I checked the service manual and it doesn't really explain how to remove the door. If anyone has any tips on how to remove the door and the steps involved, it would be great! I will have to remove the door to further investigate the cause of my sagging door...

Could be that your hinge is bent, or loose bolts, I'd start there b4 taking the door off

Typically it's not the bushings and even if it was the door wouldn't be sagging once open because of them as far as I'm aware. It's usually the hinges or the pins that stabilize them. I'd suggest starting your inspection process there and if you remove the door it may not be noticeable or at least as noticeable. I found it here acura cl sagging door and there are a multitude of solutions listed. Good luck.

yeah i had a similar problem with an accord. you may wanna replace your latching mechanism as well, its pricey but well worth. my whole latch/locking module seized up one day, with the damn door shut and i had to 'dukes a hazard' it until i could save up to get it fixed. about $350 by the way
