Make them pay for it, if they don't call go to the authorities for hit and run you may be able to get DPR to get it out, that's your best bet, i'd make that idiot pay for it. See me, I'd sit on their hood till they came back to their car, but that's me

I hope that leaving a note helps (I agree w/the note & taking down his tag & VIN just in case). Call a paint-less dent removal place like DentWizard (Kim @ 321-663-4169) & they should be able to take it out (the sooner you do it, the better).
