Don't park your car at school!

Lessons learned: Do not park your car at school!!, escpecially if you live at a Fraternity House. Now that i've graduated, its not a problem, but earlier this year, I've had drunk/high drivers attempt to parallel park and scratch the hell outta my bumper. It looks nasty now. I also found footprints on my hood. Guess someone thought it would be funny to walk all over it. Ok I feel a little better now that i got out all my anger.

Oops, i forgot to ask anyone if they know how to remove scratches. The touch-up paint does not blend very well. Thanks.

I had the same problem at a high school party. Some drunk kids walked on my car causing me to get a new hood and then having to fix and repaint the roof and trunk. But i found the little bastard and he paid the 1800 bucks or whatever it came out to be

Sorry to hear about that guys. I've been lucky not to have people walk all over my car, they just like to bump and grind with it when pulling into or out of a parking spot.

However, when I had my '94 Civic, I came out of my apartment in NYC to see a Nissan Pathfinder sitting on my hood! He tried to claim that he didn't cause the dent in my hood! What a dumbass.

well guys, atleast they were partiers and had legit reason for bad parking...
i was in greenwich village in the city at a bar when an guy in a fish truck, you know the 1990 ford vans built with armor like the A-Team... pulled out of a spot right over my bumper from license plate to driver side....

the scrathes wewrdeep but thank god for white, the touch up paint disguises it decently, but a year later, i think its time to fix it...

My freshman year I had a drunk girl dive on to my hood while I was pulling into a spot. Luckily it was my white Probe so you couldn't really tell it was dented in the day time. No one noticed at the dealership when I traded it in.

When I was in high school, I had an old beater car, but it was MY car, and so this makes it bad.... but I worked in a pizza parlor type thing, and I came out to my car from work, and there was a huge dent, roughly the size of a large pizza in my back fender. There was white paint in it... but we never found the perpetrator...

I'm hoping someone keys my car so I can get it repainted tho.

OMG! I hear y'all regarding asses who don't give a rats you know what about other peoples stuff. I baby my car and I am always careful about where I park and stuff... and will actually spend 5 mins looking for a decent parking spot. Anyway, those very few times when I'm forced to park somewhere I can just imagine myself getting a little door ding or something it ALWAYS happens. Even though the parking stalls up here are designed for the hicks up here w/ their full-size SUVs, idiots still park like they're in drivers ed! Of the few door dings I've gotten ALL of them have been from when I came out to my car and had been the result of other jerks. Grrr! Ah well, you live and you learn! BTW, go look at my photo page, I have pics of these little blemishes caused by idiots -- anyway, that helps to vent my frustrations. OH yeah, I'm one of those peeps who double parks.. so sue me! Hahah :P

whast can you do... dings and smsall scratches are bound to happen, driving or parked...

but my horror story consists of me at a club... and coming out to a huge foot print kick on my driver door... thank god the dent didnt crease.... i know a dent guy that pulled it right out...

Ironically a CL just like mine without mods was parked next to me in the lot... Either i t was mistaken ID or a jealous CL owner!!!

Hey when you have something nice like us people get jealous. especially at college. I got a plate of Alfredo Pasta dumped on mine one night. and a couple of long light key scratches but 3M scratch remover for dark cars got them COMPLETELY out. $9 a bottle but it does the trick. You have to rub really hard though.

Well those scratches I had were too deep to remove with scratch removers. I couldn't polish them out, so I'll just have to live with it. Now whenever I go to a party, I make sure I park all the way down the street. Cars parked in front of a party house never do well

I just keep on having horror stories. I was at the grocery store the other day, sitting in my car in the parking lot getting ready to leave and this dumb chick pulls up next to me. Well, I guess she was too big to squeeze out of her car so she bumps her door wide open with her a$$ when getting out. Her door then slams into mine and she doesnt even notice! When I get out, I see this big scratch on my door

Yeah, I went to MD. The parking spaces are like 33% smaller than regular spaces. There is no way you can open your door all the way without hitting the next car. some people dont realize that. it was even worse during the riots. people were dragging shit onto frat row. if your car was parked there, chances were that it got scratched.
