no, nos does not fuck up your engine, YOU fuck up your engine.

just depends how often you use it, what shot size you use and if you have done any prep work on your car to accomodate the extra power.

any power adder will lower the life of ur engine, its all about how u use it which determines how much life ur gonna take off.

I'm pretty sure N2O took a toll on my first motor. Then again, I sprayed at least 40-50 bottles on it (including multiple trips to the track).

I'm not spraying as much on the 2nd motor, mainly because I'm trying to baby the tranny.

I think if you were to run a 50-75 shot, sparingly, it shouldn't damage the motor too badly (however it will shorten it's life).

ditto Dust...my 2nd tranny took a shit sooner than desired b/c of juice...but, like everyone else is saying...limited use should be ok(depends on your definition of ok)
