this is bullsht , ive replaced my tranny at 49,960 and it worked fine for the first 3 days, then i bring it back in to replace the thing agian cuz it starts jerking on me! so its in the shop cuz they like to take their damn time and when i get it back it still jerks, and they say theyve put in refurbished trannys that "work better then new ones" now i think thats a croc of crap and also they said my alternator was crap and had to replace that too , i have a 99 3.o and i need to know if this happens to anyone else or its just my cl that is falling apart!

when the tranny in my 97 3.0 went, Acura replaced it with a brand new tranny... under warranty. If its still fucked up after they replaced it, take it back and make sure they put a brand new one in it.

 

i've had 3 new trannys in my car under warranty. first time they said it was pcv valve or sumtin but it didn't fix it, then they got me a new tranny because my first and third gear were blown. then that one crapped out on me like 2-3 days later, because the tranny was just a really really bad one, than they got me a new one. about 3-4 months later that one crapped out on me to. than i got another one. now i drive my car nicely and don't mess with the tranny since my warranty is up.

 

I would tell them to put a new one in, if they refuse you might tell them you are going to call your lawyer or something. Did they tell you it was going to be an old tranny.
