Do-it-yourself front and rear rotors
The front are a pain in the ass for the 97's the rear are easy. The 98 and 99's are easy in the front but I don;t knoe about the rear. Do a search and you'll find plenty of threads on this.
Either one....you're gonna need an impact screw-driver....about $30. The retaining screws on the rotors will be a bitch to get off. Definitely can't do it with a regular screw-driver or risk stripping it.
Other than that...you just need to take off the outter caliper brackets and the rotors will come off. You won't need a hub puller or anything like that. The rotors are screwed onto the hubs.

Oh..you're from VA....
I got mine from Fairfax Auto Parts. I don't think Advance carries them. I would call the smaller auto part stores.
You'd want the manual impact screw-driver. The kind you hit with a hammer to drive it.
