Talking difference after changing ignition system.

98 2.3CL. Black.
133K mile.

From the last week, I've changed
Distributor cap and rotor,
and NGK iridium spakr plugs. I also ordered the NGK spark wire set.
But the wire arrived today, so it was intalled at last.

At first, I did seafoam treatment through the PCV valve. and then..
changed the cap, rotor, and spark plug, however,
I couldn't feel much difference.
Just a little bit good response.
The reason why I mod was that my car was too slow when I accel from the stop.
The response was bad.

Today, changed the wire,, Wow..
Car much smootheer.....accelerated ...and response is much better....
Hesitating was gone...
I am so glad..
BTW, I installed the NGK blue spark wire(HE73) bought from Ebay.

I wanna say thank you all guys for the info about the mods.
It was so easy DIY.

^^^ you get what you pay for. Get OBX, Megan, or DC. Those are the best brands you will find on ebay. But dont search for the CL. Search for the 98-02 accord. Those have the f23 in them.

Dont waste your money on the KN drop in filter. It does nothing.
Look for something like this. 31 bucks shipped.

I think if i add seafoam to the crankcase, I should change engine oil asap.
However, I didn't add to it.
Do I need to change oil even I did seafoam treatment through only pcv valve?
I don't think so..

2.2, same motor as whats found in the 97 2.2. The 2.3 motors are basically the same thing though.
