anyone here put new dash inserts in their ride? need to know how easy it might be and how close to factory these aftermrkt dashes are. i am looking at a carbon fiber dash insert for my CL, but i dont want crappy product that might not fit right

i dont think there is a CF insert yet...some people painted over the factory wood...i just went the easy way and got the wood dash insert....looks great and really fancy....almost totaly matches up....u cant really tell that it dosnt match up....

 

my 99 Cl has the factory wood grain dash inserts, makes me feel like a yuppy driving the company-car-mobile, need stuff that will make car seem like more of a sports car than an over-pampered yuppy mobile

 

i doubt these kits cover that big dumb wood peice that shines my pasengers in the face.
