When I turn my key to ignition, i notice my P ( parked ) is on and also a quick D4 turns on and off. It doesn't blink. It just turns on and off when i put my key to ignition. Any ideas?

 

Normal, as far as I know. As long as its not blinking it should be fine.

I just replaced my dashboard light to LED's (thank you Acura3.0CL for the post and Vinnie for the write up). For some odd reason my D4 light also comes on when I turn the switch on without actually starting the car. It seems that it tights up at the same time the check engine lights up. The fuel pump activates and both lights go away as soon as the fuel pump is ready. My D4 light has never done that until I removed the dashboard and replaced the LED's. Are you guys sure it is normal?

 

lol @ jaimelinwu....yeah its normal...unless all our D4 bulb keeps dyin and comin bak to life when we start the car...if thats the case then, "sh** on my mouth and call me ur sister"

blinking D4 while the car is running = bad thing. been there done that haha.
