i baught it 2001-2002 yr of high school (senior yr)

2002-2003 i was at college (freshman parking was expensive)

^ i was at University of Hartford.

I failed out 2nd semester (1st semester i did ok).

Before i came home, I had a 89' White Lincoln Continental.

The car lasted me from April 03 to Oct. 03. (tranny casing

had a hole in it). The tranny leaked fluid and ended up ceasing.

I would have baught a new tranny but my mechanic suggested

that I donate it. Well I did that, then i got my brother's

98' Mercury Mountaineer to hold me over. My brother had to

sell it to afford his precious 97 C230 Kompressor. I think its

pretty ugly and also despise him for getting my car broken into.

(thats a whole 'nother story). In January of this year i moved into

the city and worked for my uncle and father. then i went to hong kong

and japan. now i'm back. I have been in a drugfree program to

convince my father that i can stop smoking weed to have my ack

back. No durty urines yet, so the car is mine.

i dont think its that crazy of a story.

Long Island is full of druggies, luckily all i've ever done is

drank and smoked. Im also a lucky guy for having the opportunity

to be in rehab, i look at it like this; The more you fight the system,

the worse of you'll be in life. That being said, I let out a lot of stress

in groups. I know you guys didn't ask me, but I know alot of u dudes

on the board like 2 experiment. If some1 insists you go to therapy

(not a psych, cuz 50% of them have their head up there asses, this

is just off of personal experience) try it out for a month, you've got

nothing to lose.

^ i have to add in there that i did see my life going down the tubes

a little. I was out of school, just going from job 2 job.. smoking..

drinking... and doing typical things that got me in trouble.

In the long run- Rehab is not for quitters, it is for people who are

looking for self-improvement, and thats always good.

Not to be an ass or anything, but int hat first pic, you DO look like a druggie. Damn you look like you weighed 100 lbs. I tried some of that and smoked for a while, but it jsut wasn't my thing, the risks far outweighed teh benefits, so I think I'll just go with the soberness for the rest of my life. I'm only 19, so I'll probably drink every now and then, but that's about it. do you have a picture of yourself now? do you look like asober individual now?

Well, now that the first day i've got my car back is over

there are a few things.

1- i got my fluids changed (oil and tranny)

my mechanic put in Exxon ATF fluid

2- went 2 pep boys and got some tire dressings and purple

power. I also got some SAFEGUARD Professional Glass Cleaner-

I SWEAR BY THIS STUFF!

3- Then I headed over to Smithtown Acuras. I went in and actually

couldn't help myself and baught a 01' MDX Ebony leather wrapped

Woodgrain Steering Wheel. This wheel is REAL wood. I payed

$500 for this sucker. Call me stupid, but I have really wanted this

for a while. I also baught myself a clip for the screw in bumper lights.

Those FaWkers raped me for 2$!!!! Could you believe that shit?

Alright well now that my days over I have a few conclusions.

My clock doesnt light up unless you push the button in. Also,

whenever i put my AUTO on (A/C), it always starts at 75 degrees,

these are both not normal from what i remember. Another thing,

could it be the tranny fluid that my mechanic had put in to make

shifting from 1st-to-2nd very slippy? Or is that just out damned

transmission. What to do about this ? also, im gettin a tranny flush

through my acura dealer along with the install on the wood-wheel

Good lord, that sub box in your trunk must weigh a ton.... i know the bigger the better, and those are nice JL's, but d-d-damn, at that point id just say fuck it and custom fit em into the trunk, maybe its just me but i like having all that trunk space. And i do play hockey so trunk space is a necessary thing. nice ride tho.
