200 seems mad cheap for brand new ones.

i don't think you can claybar tires, cuz claybars only work on smooth surfaces which tires aren't with all the writing and stuff on them. i vote for new tires too

I wouldn't seriously recommend it, I was more joking, just try buffing it off with a rag or just letting it fade, then put some tire shine or something over them after you clean them

what did you get? not too many choices. i think the S2 is the nicest.

i need a new speed sensor (vtec only works like less than 25% of the time)
and i need a new Rear Driver side caliper. its leaking and i get no brake pressure
my car needs a dyno tune desperately.
and i need to re-loop my power steering lines, cuz there leaking and whatever fluid is left in my steering rack is drying up.

you have the same problem i did when i did mine. get some mothers rubbing compound and go at that lip. even better just google some lip polishing method, and work that out and it will look way better

my g/f got it for my birthday. she found this place jazzproparts.com that sells it $100 shipped. as far function i doubt it does anything but it looks pretty tight. i hate the way our bumpers sit, its not as visible as it would be on say a Civic or Integra.

Wow... I ordered a clutch from jazzproparts.com, and it took them 2 months for it to arrive... Now given, I'm in Ohio, and they're in Texas, but still... I called them literally 20 times within a couple of days trying to figure out where my clutch was, and got no answer... Tried emailing - nothing... It took so long to hear from them that I started to file a fraudulent charge with my bank... Maybe I just had a bad experience, but who knows...

So bored today, this forum is slow today. I haven't gotten a chance to finish my climate control, been too busy, and had to transform my garage into a halloween party and beer pong area, so work bench and all tools were covered for about a week. Winter is approaching though, what are some winter projects we have pending? Here's my short list:

Finish LED upgrades to interior and climate control
New front bumper and lips painted and installed
Yet another grill change
Change all positive and ground cables in engine bay to 4 guage
Install Legend calipers paint rear calipers to match
Install 99 3.0 hubs and new rotors and pads all around
Get new spring rates for D2's and install D2 suspension
Install UR Pullies and VAFC-II
Install headers and exhaust finally
Tires for 18's and put new rims on for spring
Hopefully do my fiberglass trunk I've been talking about for 2 winters

I'm trying to get most of my projects done this winter/spring so that next winter I can start on a whole different path

What are the winter projects people?

Last weekend, a JDM F23A arrived at my doorstep and the old motor was pulled out.

Today, i assembled everything on the new motor, and dropped it in and started buttoning her up.

tomorrow she comes back to life. good day sirs....

My smoked out signals and new shift knob should be coming in teh mail shortly. I think i'm just going to dump my car on eibach pro-kit lowering springs... cheapest effective option at this moment in time.

i agree with spencer. a G22 turbo is a project, a full wire tuck and gutting of an interior is a project.

i dont even consider a normal H22 swap a real project.

And yes, this is a PROJECT thread I want to know what peoples' projects are, bumper lights and springs aren't really projects, doesn't anyone have any good projects planned for winter? Am I the only one still doing shit to a CL? Where's all the project heads, where's cocoa? There's some big projects goin on but everyone's quiet about them, I wanna know what people are doing dammit

For this site, i'd consider it a project. As for projects, I'm desperately trying to find a way to park my CL so that i can take the head off to install some things and get it tuned afterwards. Jeff Evans Tuning is close to me. I'd like to see what he can do with my car after seeing Shaun's H22 CL in action
