Well here is one shot of the finished product I think they look killer. The color is rustoleum metallic charcoal, I painted a bike the same color as it turns out. I still need to buy a center cap for one wheel but man this makes the car look so much better. And yea i kno lots of wheel gap

Well the aftermarket hu sounded like crap since i spliced in wires to bypass the factory amp. So i put back in the factory. When i get time i plan on running all new wires,

yea i dont know if the 200 a breaker did more or what. But I did put a multi meter on my batt im only dropping to 12.40 at idle and that's with young jeezy welcome back playing,it's non stop pure beating. I wonder if i even need a bigger alt, or another batt since im not dropping to much. Thoughts>?

If you plan on pushing the system hard a lot of the time, I'd pick up a small to middle sized rear battery... Something like a Kinetik HC800 or Powermaster S680. Mechman's running a huge sale on the S680 on CACO... I'd definitely check that out... The only other thing you'll need is another breaker to go before the rear battery, but you can find them pretty cheap... It's more for insurance than anything, but it still wouldn't hurt...

you don't have to have 1 after the second batt and before the amp (I'm not) but it's a very good idea to have 1. The only reason I don't is because I didn't have 1 when I hooked up my amp... The breaker between the batts near the rear batt is to keep that batt from shorting out, should something cut the wire connecting the 2. The same thing goes for the fuse/breaker near the front batt.

I just did a set of atv rims and they look killer now im wantin to do car rims. so my cash flow is gonna get hurt a bit

just wondering why l5'z ????? I'm mean they sound pretty good and are for the cheap. 4 ohm why run at 4 ohm? are you familiar with sub wiring if you get 2 dual 4 ohm you can wire em down to 1 ohm and make em slam.

well if your amp is 1 ohm stable and your subs are 4 ohm wire your subs together take the first sub go + to + and - to - with speaker wire then do the same to the other sub. nezt link them together one speaker wire from 1 + to the other speaker + then the same with the -. then take a + to anp and - to amp. if still confused just google it.

btw, what led bulbs did you use for your tails? Are they noticeable brighter than stock bulbs?

Haha, I'm just messen man...kindof.

So a little update for my retrofit... Apperently I mounted the projos upside down. Gonna have to take everything appart again. At least I have the backing and everything else pre-fabricated.
