Current PROJECT you're working on
This site is boring, everyone's off with their projects, not posting updates. I have a LONG winter ahead of me as far as mods and projects are concerned. I really just want people to give some hints as to what they're working on. If you're not modding your car, or don't have anything planned, your 2 cents is not needed here, this is a modding dedicated thread.

Alright, so the mod that I've been working on is the Climate Control LED swap diy. However I'm not happy with the output as it stands, so I got some more work to do. Basically the LED light doesnt' make it down these narrow channels to the end 2 buttons, so gotta rip everything back out and go back to work

I'm done until after winter probably. I'll most likely just do maintainence until after winters over. Then comes rear lip, painted skirts, and QP rust removal.

gotcha.
I had my brembo rotors and new brake pads mailed to me a few days ago. I will be painting my calipers black... I'm going to start ordering the essentials for my h22 swap soon, business is a lot better in the winter so I get more $$. I'm gonna get my mounts, all the other bits and pieces not included in the swap kit and ecu business down, then save up for the whole package from hmotors online... My mechanic said he would do the swap for $600. After he installs it and has it running well i'm going to go to a tuning shop. I know "drop that bitch..." I'll worry about that after I get power, so people can talk ish with their jaws dropped.

After my climate control, I'm moving over to audio work next. Since the interior's already gutted, I'm gonna get my ipod interface and new hu goin, run some new wires, and work on more interior lighting. For the 3rd winter in a row, I'm gonna try to do my fiberglass project... After that, begining of year/spring mechanical overhauls start

HA! Getting a replacement CLS6 tranny to throw into my car
parting out the parts car that I will get for the tranny
Finishing up porting the lower runners and throw them in
Porting and polishing the heads off of the other CLS6 that I will be getting
-Throwing those in
Possible 3-5 angle valve job
basically, get as much HP & Torque out of the J32A2 via porting and polishing and no boost until later on.
The goal is to use stock parts and "better" them*
Cosmetic:
Finish my custom bumper(s)
Paint
Interior:
Nada
*no built motor until later on. But a built motor is in play...

Currently I'm working on installing my 12" rockford p3's this weekend. Got two amps, one for the sub and another for the stock bose speakers. Hopefully the sub won't drown out the blose speakers.
Also gotta get around to doing my timing belt and water pump. Parts are just laying around.

Drifting
Just finished blackhousing my headlights, but I guess I screwed up and didn't seal the drivers side well enough. So that's next on the list is to take it all back apart, and re-seal both of them again so that there's no way they'll leak. After that, the plan is to start sourcing parts for a couple of long work weekends in the spring. Hopefully, I'll be able to pick up the head and tail light tint, HID bulbs, and either a nice new suspension or rims. I can't decide whether I'm getting rims and tires (probably 18's) or a drop first, and then the other would probably come at the end of the summer, in time to not be used... Either way, it's bye-bye tax return money...

Low and Slow
-Blackhousing is definitely next, maybe even this coming weeked
-New rotors because mine are warped like crazy
-New tires
-Rear sway bar
-Headers
-New tint
*New wheels if I end up having any extra money. I was thinking Arospeed RS-GT wheels like the ones Hybridnrg has
Hope to have this all done by the end of the year.

Maybe i will go for an ebay one....idk. Almost everyone i have seen is an sri not a cai. Is there any real difference? (Apart from the obvious filter location)

Right now still breaking in the new head job, Had a buddy at an exhaust shop bend me a custom sri intake pipe, havnt had time to go see if it fits correctly, if it does fit, gonna paint and install with a K&N filter.(Btw, anybody got a part # on the best one to use?) Still looking for a suitable H22 motor and 5 spd tranny. If I find one before January, then I will be Tearing it down and doing the build for it. If not then Probably a drop on coilovers in february. Just ordered clear corners, The car hasnt had ANY corners since I bought it. Still undecided about blackhousing, I think I like it better wihout it on the primrose cars. Dont really wanna spend much dough on the motor since I am planning the h22 swap anyway. Doing debadging this weekend.

Working on putting KSport coliovers, new wheels, even though not the best time of the year to do so based on where I am from (KY), hopefully new Alpine Head Unit 7" widescreen, possible Nitrous but still debating what kind and what brand, and if it is even worth it. Also would like to get front end repainted (bumper, hood, fenders) because of road abuse.

Just finished putting together and sealing one of my headlights with projector.Rear lip is on the car just waiting for the paint to come in on Friday along with the window visors. The more i look at the headlight i really want to put a projector in the high beam to. Anyone know a good size projector that might fit.

Found out a few days ago my best friend with a turbo 6thgen accord is trading it in for an M35, and he said if i help turn her back stock, he'll give me all the turbo equipment, gauges, intercooler, piping etc. He's done with the import mod scene (or so he says)....So thats going to be my project for the winter (boostin the CL-S), I've got a beater that I can take back and forth to work so no biggies there.
I know its been done before, but i'll take plenty of pictures.

I dunno, having had to make custom bezels to fit my TSX projs, the Z projs are just too small IMO. I looked at the Z ones when I was going through sets to make them work, I just thought the little fish eye Z's were too small.

Finally getting around to some interior work. I'm going to install a aux adapter to work for my iPod and the new Sirius radio I ordered. I'm probably going to install some LEDs in the cup holders while I have the dash apart, but I plan on drilling holes and doing a cleaner job than the DIY.
I was going to buy a head unit with an aux port, but I'm holding off for now. That will be one of the last things done to the car, and it will be when I can overall the entire sound system.
