Couple of SoFLA sightings...
Just this morning, Black on Black rims with polished lip, looked to be on stock height though. (not Elton's.. I'm pretty sure) Around 11 AM or so near FIU.

A few nights ago on Okeechobee RD. in Hialeah on 16th ave. by the shell station. Exhaust, rims, and kind of a messed up front bumper
