Computer chip for CL 2.2

Do any company make a computer chip for the Acura cl 2.2??? If not can I buy the 97 accord computer chip and install it on my car??? Also what is this than for the Cl 2.2:

the aem plug and play unit is something that you have to dyno tune, the JET chip supposedly will not do very much for your car. Something about obdI versus obdII.

is the aem plug and play bad for the engine or anything? also, any idea how much horse it adds?

don't know, I think it is so that you can adjust your fuel curves etc. I would think that it all depends on what type of mods you have.

The JET-Vchip for the accord... Can I install it on my car??? Will I gain any horse? Also I don't have to do nothing special rite just install it and that's it rite? No dyno tune or anything rite?
